Chicken Noodle Casserole

Chicken Noodle Casserole
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 25 minutes
Serves: 4


1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cubed cooked chicken OR turkey
3 cups cooked medium egg noodles (about 3 cups dry)
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except cheddar. Place in 9x13 pan, top with cheddar and cook for 25 minutes.

This was yummy comfort food. Nothing wrong with that!
