Ahi soft tacos (with cabbage, sour cream, and pico de gallo) and Spanish rice.
Muy delicioso.
It's easy to make the ahi. Just sprinkle it with a little seasoning of choice (I used Ortega's Mexican Seasoning) and grill it on the stove top or the BBQ. You can also just sauté it in a pan on the stove with some oil if you like. Flake it a bit and then assemble your soft tacos. Easy peasy! And very delicious!
